
Carly E. Waldman, MD
Cardiology
Dr. Carly Waldman earned her medical degree through a combined program at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and Lehigh Valley Health Network, where she also completed additional coursework in physician leadership and change management. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, CA, followed by fellowship training in Cardiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Waldman is recognized for her exemplary patient care and was honored with the Humanism Award, a nursing-nominated award bestowed upon a Scripps Clinic physician trainee.
Dr. Waldman is committed to providing values-based, patient-centered cardiovascular care. She stays current with the most recent advances in cardiology, while also regularly attending and speaking at professional conferences globally. She has a particular focus on lifestyle and preventive cardiology, women’s cardiovascular health, and the integration of emerging technologies to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Dr. Waldman is dedicated to empowering her patients through compassionate, evidence-based care and shared decision- making.
Outside of work, Dr. Waldman enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter, and goldendoodle. She looks forward to meeting patients and supporting them in achieving their heart health goals.
