In 2006, Philip received his Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Riverside Community College. He then went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and in 2017, graduated with his master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

While attending college, Philip worked with Hoag Hospital and Kaiser Permanente with the medical, surgical, orthopedics and telemetry units. He is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the California Association for Nurse Practitioners.
