Najlaa is an International Medical Graduate from Latakia, Syria. After graduating from Tishreen University of Medicine, Najlaa spent time in numerous departments, perfecting her skills, at the University of Aleppo Hospital. She joined our team in 2021 as a Research Assistant and quickly mastered the role. Now, as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Najlaa is instrumental in ensuring patient care, safety and quality data. 

Her commitment to first-rate patient needs, medical knowledge and peaceful demeanor are invaluable not only to our patients but also to the study team as well.
