Jesse received his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with a focus in Pre-Medicine and Minor in Chemistry at Oregon State University in 2003. Then in 2006, he completed his Registered Nursing degree at the University of San Diego, where he was inducted into the National Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau.

Jesse received his Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of San Diego in 2008 and joined United Gastroenterologists later in the year. His special interests as a provider include inflammatory bowel disease and hepatobiliary disorders.

Jesse is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and certified as a Surgical First-Assistant.

In his free time, Jesse enjoys surfing, snowboarding, traveling internationally and returning home to Hawaii to spend time with his family.
