Edward Politoske, MD

RETIRED, INTERNAL MEDICINE

Dr. Politoske attended the University of Kansas where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He attended the University of the Caribbean where he received his medical degree. After medical school, Dr. Politoske spent the next three years at New Britain General Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Connecticut, completing his Internal Medicine Residency. He was Chief Medical Resident in his final year at Britain General Hospital. Dr. Politoske continued his training at the Los Angeles County Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Southern California where he completed a GI Fellowship.

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

He recently held the position of Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of California Irvine for three years. He has participated in hospital leadership activities at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, California serving as Chief of the Department of Medicine for four years.

In his spare time he enjoys writing, hiking, skiing, surfing and family activities.
