As one of the highest-volume minimally invasive robotic gynecologic surgeons in Southern California, Dr. Chandra Spring-Robinson specializes in the complex excision of endometriosis, hysterectomy, myomectomy, and advanced gynecologic procedures. Known for her expertise and compassionate approach, Dr. Spring-Robinson is dedicated to patient-centered care, ensuring women feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout their journey.

Dr. Spring-Robinson holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, and earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, where she was recognized for her skill in minimally invasive surgical techniques and dedication to patient advocacy.

With a strong focus on comprehensive and integrative care, Dr. Spring-Robinson works closely with pelvic floor physical therapists, acupuncturists, fertility specialists, and referring providers to address the full spectrum of gynecologic health. This collaborative approach allows her to tailor individualized treatment plans that extend beyond surgery, supporting each patient’s overall well-being.

Her mission is to provide state-of-the-art surgical solutions and holistic wellness approaches that improve the quality of life for women dealing with pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, and other gynecologic conditions.
