Savannah Regensburger is a Board-Certified Clinical Nutrition Specialist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Colorado State University. She went on to complete a Master of Science in Medical Nutrition from Arizona State University and later earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fitchburg State University. She is board-certified by the American Nutrition Association.
Savannah specializes in women’s health nutrition, with a clinical focus on endometriosis, adenomyosis, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS), gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic health, autoimmune conditions, and chronic inflammation. She is passionate about translating evidence-based nutrition research into individualized care that empowers patients to better understand their bodies, improve their quality of life, and complement their medical and surgical treatment plans.
In addition to providing clinical nutrition care, Savannah serves as Clinical Research Manager, where she collaborates on research initiatives focused on advancing the understanding and treatment of endometriosis and other complex women’s health conditions. Her commitment to both patient care and clinical research reflects her mission to improve outcomes not only for today’s patients, but for future generations of women.
Before joining the UMD team alongside Dr. Spring-Robinson, Savannah worked in clinical research while building her own women’s health education platform, where she has educated thousands through evidence-based resources, public speaking, and advocacy. She is passionate about helping bridge the gap between research and clinical care while improving access to accurate nutrition education.
Outside of the clinic, Savannah enjoys strength training, yoga, hiking, spending time with her husband and their dachshund, Matcha, traveling, and advocating for improved awareness and research in women’s health.
