Dustin grew up in Los Angeles and completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Cell Biology at UC Davis. During his undergraduate studies, he worked in a variety of departments, including UC Davis Medical Center’s emergency department and their biomedical sciences facility.

Following graduation, he spent several years working in healthcare policy research and patient education, where he helped author multiple publications. He later earned his EMT certification and worked as an EMT in Orange County for several years. After working as an EMT, he pursued his dream of practicing medicine by earning his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Dominican University of California in the Bay Area.

Dustin is a member of the California Association of Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He has a passion for working with people of all backgrounds and believes in evaluating patients as a whole, while keeping in mind the community in which they live. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and playing violin.
