Cori attended Long Beach State and transferred to Cypress College where she completed the Radiology program and internship at St. Jude Medical Center in 2000. While working as an X-ray technologist, she continued her education and completed the Ultrasound program and internship at Parkview Community Hospital in Riverside. In 2001, she graduated with honors from their Ultrasound program.

Cori continued on to work at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton as a Sonographer for 10 years. After moving to Temecula, she became part of the United Gastroenterologists family.
